Sync Google with Outlook

CCTSync Add-In

With the CCTSync Outlook Add-In, you can easily synchronize Google and Outlook. Both free Gmail accounts and Google Workspace (formerly Google Business) accounts are supported. Calendar events and contacts can be synchronized between Google and Outlook.

Unlike many other solutions, CCTSync does not rely on CalDAV or CardDAV. The add-in is easy to install, fully integrated into Outlook, and offers an intuitive user experience for anyone familiar with Microsoft Office.

Your privacy is important to us. Personal data is stored locally on your PC. The only exception is that, during synchronization, data is exchanged with Google’s servers using encrypted connections. You can find the Privacy Policy here.

Supported Operating Systems and Outlook Versions

The add-in can be used with Outlook 2013 and later, including the desktop version of Microsoft 365. Windows 11 is required.

Outlook vs. New Outlook

The Outlook application currently included with Microsoft 365 for Windows (referred to here as Classic Outlook) is gradually being replaced by the new Outlook experience.

Classic Outlook and New Outlook are built on different technologies. As a result, the CCTSync Add-In is not supported in New Outlook.
